Vardhman International Public School under the aegis of Mata Budda Devi Jain Educational Society (Regd.) is a non- profit , non-proprietary educational body managed by eminent educationist and professionals from various walks of life. The noble soul, Mata Budda Devi Jain under whose name the society is functioning was a lady of strong character and determination who had dreamed of spreading education not only in our country but also beyond the boundaries of our Nation. Born in industrious Oswal family in the year 1886 , she was the only female in the family to receive education during those times.

To Honour her last wish and inspired by Revered Guru Bhole Baba Sh. Rattan Muniji Maharaj , Mata Budda Devi , Jain Educational Society(Regd.) was founded on 5 th Feb. 2004.

In its first step to promote education it opened various computer centres and started providing free education. Opening of computer centres was just not enough , hence the trust laid the foundation stone of Vardhman International Public School, Sector 38, Chandigarh Road , on 5 th Feb. 2007.

A co-educational, value based English medium school started its maiden academic session in April 2008. On receiving good response at sector 38 , Vardhman International Public School (VIPS) expanded its area of service to Akme township on the main Ludhiana-Chandigarh highway in an area of 2.5 acres. Under the able guidance of highly committed and enlightened management along with competent and well qualified staff is working in a team to realize the vision of the great lady whose ideas and values are immersed into the Vardhmanians who have the privilege to obtain education in this hallowed portals.
